This isn’t about fixing you. You are not broken.

It’s about learning to trust yourself again, gently untangling the diet rules, perfectionism, and stress that may have kept you disconnected from the life you want to live.

We work together to explore your health & habits, blending science-based with a holistic approach. With my Double Bachelors of Human Nutrition & Sport and Exercise science, I can offer thorough nutrition coaching. Combining in my Yoga Teaching knowledge, for a well rounded kind approach to the human body. 

We’ll talk food, movement, mindset, boundaries, sleep, stress, self-worth and craft a sustainable path that supports your goals and your soul.
